Once an order is made we will try to send it as fast as possible, we will send through the Royal Mail and will arrive in 3-5 business working days

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to enjoy your Kittu Lilly Candle, but incase you don't, you can return any item
bought online within 30 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
Once we have received your returned order, we will assess the quality of the returned product, providing the quality of the returned product meets our standard of acceptance, we will then notify you and arrange for a refund
to be sent to you within 3 - 5 days to your original payment method.
